After graduation I went to Macomb County Community College for two years.   I‘m sure I received some education there, however, I think I would have better qualified to receive a degree in “Foosball” and “Euchre”.  Then in 1972, I went to work for Chrysler, moved out of my parent’s house and rented an apartment with Bruce Beckman.  In 1974, after, too many parties, a break up with my girlfriend Rachel, and a few other things I can’t really remember too well, I took off for California on the Harley Davidson I bought from Tony Iatona.

I spent the next few years knocking around in LA.  Got my first job in the construction business as a painter at Magic Mountain.  Met a girl, moved in-together for a few years and got married.  Then, in 76 moved to Fresno for a new job.  The company I worked for downsized and I was out of a job, so I Started my own construction company in 78 and had great success.  Split up with the wife in 1980, and continued with the business  until 1984 when the recession hit and Interest rates went up to 24%.  I went bankrupt, quit smoking, and challenged the IRS all in the same month (not sure what I was thinking).  Started another construction company, and stayed very busy with work until 1990 when I said goodbye to CA and moved to Sedona AZ.  Took a job with a large construction company and met a single Mom that I fell in love with.  Her daughter was 8yrs old (cute as a button) and after 19 yrs I said goodbye to the single life and we were married in 1999. Also in 99 I started my own Custom Home construction Company and have been very busy and fortunate even through all these hard times we’re facing now.  My step-daughter just graduated college from Suffolk University in Boston.  My wife and I bought a Real Estate company in 2006 (two months before the crash) and she acts as the Broker-Owner.  Business has been tough but we are keeping the doors open and it looks like things are looking up.  We’ve travelled a bit and had the good fortune to visit Spain, Italy, Prague, Mexican Riviera, Costa Rica, and all of the western states.  We are looking forward to taking our first ocean cruise sometime next year.  I have been blessed with good friends, good times, and good fortune and I am grateful to be able to spend a bit of time with all of you guys who are from the “Tribe of Cousino 1970”.

I just recently moved to Las Vegas after hip replacement surgery and Love it! The weather is wonderful and I do not have to deal with Michigan winters that went on for months! I have 2 daughters, one married and living in Mi and the other living in Las Vegas with me. I will not be able to attend the reunion. I hope it is a big success!
